Shipping and returns

ErbeLuna bears most of the shipping and packaging costs. For delivery in Italy (except Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria), the customer has to pay € 5 for orders up to € 44; shipping is free from € 45 and up. For delivery in Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria and Europe, shipping costs 7 € up to 59 € of order. From € 60 upwards it's free.
The shipment will take place by GLS courier or registered mail. In any case, a tracking number will always be provided.
We do everything to send the goods within the working day following the order; however in some cases we may ship the next day. Delivery times vary from 24 to 72 hours depending on the location.
Returns
We use all precautions to ensure that our essential oils arrive in perfect condition. However, if the goods arrive damaged, please inform us immediately, we will replace them.
The customer has the right of return without explanation within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To obtain a full refund, you must inform ErbeLuna in writing of your choice. The refund (net of the expenses incurred by ErbeLuna) will be paid after we have received the goods in perfect condition at the expense of the customer. Returns are not accepted for goods damaged by the customer and for open packages.
